Welcome to

Notice
For Cpanel, ftp and email usage please ensure your using your own domain name in your browser, ftp program and email settings. Recent server security improvements have seen changes may cause some clients not to be able to access cpanel, ftp or email if using an IP address or a server host name instead of your own domain name. This information was emailed more than a year ago and we apologize if you did not receive the notice.
Examples, if your domain name is mydomainhereandthere.com.au
Cpanel would be: http://www.mydomainhereandthere.com.au/cpanel
ftp would be: mydomainhereandthere.com.au
And email would be
mail.mydomainhereandthere.com.au
mail.mydomainhereandthere.com.au
for both incoming and outgoing smtp and pop3 settings.
If you need further help with this please register here
When registering for support we would appreciate if clients could do so as a new order so we can then get details into the billing system, as staff do this task over the next few weeks emails will go out with your new login details. When registering initially ignore the invoice if your account is not yet due, if it is due payment would be appreciated, other invoices will have the dates corrected.
email ISSUES
If your account is suffering from bouncing emails, please do check the quota of that particular email account, an email account quota is set to an amount you decide in your Cpanel > Mail > Add/Remove/Manage email accounts, down the bottom of the page you can view your email account quota and change it.
If your email accounts are retaining emails and filling up taking up your webspace and inbox space, its most likely you have an email account setup and a forwarder to or from that email account setup as well, remove either the forwarder or the email account itself, either one will work without the other. Or the other main cause is in your email program on your computer you have it set to 'Retain Copies of emails on the server' Unless that is what you want, disable.
The other main issue taking up clients webspace is the default email account has been enabled and its retaining emails from every spammer who finds or even guesses you website, your default email account is the same as your cpanel username, to disable login to the cpanel > Mail > Default address > then click your domain name and put :fail: into the box, include the : :
And save, that will auto stop any new emails to that catchall 'default' email account, be sure that you do have specific email accounts setup first which are much better to ensure you only receive emails to specific email accounts, turning off the default email account reduces spam greatly.
